Tim was born and raised in Nebraska and in 1975 moved with his wife, Barbara, to work with LAMP in northern Alberta. He earned his AME license in 1979 while working for Peace Air in Slave Lake, AB and continued with Peace Air (in Peace River, AB) until 1987. After moving to Kamloops, BC and working for Progressive Air for 2 years, Tim started up and ran a successful aircraft maintenance company for 20 years.

In 2002, Tim and Barbara joined MAF Canada as short term missionaries, taking their first assignment overseas to Angola in 2003. While still serving with MAFC, Tim and his family moved to Three Hills to work as an AME at Prairie School of Mission Aviation in 2009. Two years later Tim accepted the position of Director of Maintenance with MAFC to serve in the Manitoba Program and Angola Program, leaving Prairie for a time. During this time he was also able to provide contract work for several AMOs in the Calgary area. In the spring of 2017, Tim was called back to Prairie as a MAFC seconded missionary and is now serving as PRMC.

Tim and Barbara have three children and thoroughly enjoy their six grandchildren! He is excited to be serving God in his current role at Prairie.
