Housing

Student Residence

Prairie’s residential program supports the educational mandate of the institute, through a safe and exciting environment where students are challenged to live out their Christian faith on a day-to-day basis. With the help of a caring and knowledgeable staff, residential students are challenged to grow in every area of life, including the spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual dimensions.

In light of this, we require all single students who are under the age of 21 or who are first or second-year students to live in residence (dorms). Exceptions include local students living at home or those taking 2 courses (6 credit hours) or less within a semester.

For information about living in residence please review the Residence Handbook.

For suggestions of what to bring, see our what to bring to college list.

For residence fees, please check out the individual program pages as fees vary by program due to program length.
