Prairie is committed to providing a biblical education that will make a difference in your life and future ministry. As a school, we strive to provide excellent teaching and also intentional learning experiences outside the classroom. To lower student debt load and provide a valuable holistic education, we have made an institutional commitment to the Student Applied Leadership Training (SALT) program, which provides aid that equates to free dorm accommodation (double-occupancy) for eligible second, third and fourth-year students.
A major component of SALT is participation within the life of our community. Second, third and fourth-year students are uniquely positioned to contribute, take ownership and invest into every aspect of Prairie. Bursary eligible positions are designed to help students grow in three key areas: character development, relational development and skills development.
In order to qualify, students will have to meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must live in dorm or Davidson apartments. (Married students may live off campus.)
- Must be enrolled in at least 9 credits each semester. (Students in their final semester may qualify if they have fewer credits to complete for graduation.)
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and not be on Academic Probation.
Please familiarize yourself with the eligibility requirements and apply for a position by contacting the supervisor listed beside the positions below. Some of these positions are highly desirable so don’t delay. If you have any questions about eligibility, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
